Yemen is a small, poor country which should be allowed to solve its own problems without outside interference from any corner, including other Arab nations. Yemen needs to swap out its government for a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like Finland's, with a committee-style legislative system like that of Switzerland. Yemen's government should draft a basic constitution with these features in a paradigm shift toward democracy, adhering to One World under One Set of Law and revising its constitutional standards as needed to keep up with the times. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more. §1.9 §1.10 §5.1 §6.1 §6.10
