Any country that suffers corrupt officials must expunge the flaws from its constitutional mechanism. When national resources are controlled by an oligopoly and not subject to supervision by the people, corruption is inevitable. And the best way to eradicate corruption is through democracy, with more elections and more voters casting ballots.
