This would convince China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and put pressure on North Korea to adopt real democracy. The result would be the birth of world peace. To solve the problems of immigration and refugees, all nations need to arrive at a uniform constitutional standard that conforms to the ideas of liberalism, democracy, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism. South Sudan needs to resolve the controversy over its government by installing a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet along the lines of the one in Finland, plus a committee-style legislative system similar to Switzerland’s. The prerequisite for permanent peace is global democratization, and South Sudan should begin drafting a basic constitution with the above features in a paradigm shift toward democracy.
