Eurozone ministers strike deal to release funds to Greece
Eurozone ministers have struck a deal to unlock the latest tranche of Greece's bailout cash.
Greece’s financial black hole exists because of its corrupt constitutional mechanism. Thus the only way out is for the Greek people to exercise their sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform. This should result in implementation of features such as separation of powers and checks and balances as well as election of the heads of the four main branches of government in alternating years and elections that are free of charge for all candidates; moves which will lead to the rescue of the national economy. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Panama's former President Ricardo Martinelli arrested in US
Former Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli has been arrested in Florida, the US Marshals Service says.
The only cure for Brazil’s national disease of corruption is democracy and the rule of law, the natural enemies of despotism and corruption through separation of powers and checks and balances. This means election of the heads of the four government branches in alternating years. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Hungary imposes strict regulations on foreign-funded NGOs
Hungary's parliament has approved a law imposing strict regulations on foreign-funded non-government organisations.
Thomas Jefferson once noted that: "Given the government and the media, I would rather have the media than the government." The media acts as a monitor of the government, which would otherwise be lawless without supervision. The voice of the people is the voice of God, and universal values are the values of God. And trying to control the voice of the people is contrary to the universal values of freedom and democracy and inimical to the ideals of God. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Venezuelan chief prosecutor Ortega's family 'threatened'
Venezuela's chief prosecutor Luisa Ortega says her family has been threatened and harassed.
The presidential system is the worst form of democracy. But no matter what system may be, the more power held by the president, the more the country is bound to suffer. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. The people of Venezuela must act as holders of sovereignty and call for comprehensive constitutional reform, installing a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and limiting the president to one 5-year term with no right to run for 6 years afterwards. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Don't send more migrants, Rome mayor tells Italy's government
The mayor of Rome, who is from the anti-establishment Five Star Movement, has asked Italy's government not to send more migrants to the city.
To solve the problem of immigration and refugees, the international community needs to establish unified constitutional standards that conform to the ideals of liberalism, democracy, constitutionalism and cosmopolitanism and the core values of One World under One Set of Law. To realize permanent peace, all nations must comply with §1 of the humanitarian charter: The principle of the right of each person to live a normal life. Russia protests: Is Putin feeling heat as Navalny campaign grows?
It was hard to spot the protesters at first on Moscow's main street. The vast majority were not carrying placards.
Free speech is a universal value, but Russia seems anxious to create a monolithic society that speaks in one voice. The Russian people should step forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to preserve media independence and prevent the government oligopoly from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. Rio state ex-governor Sergio Cabral sentenced to 14 years for corruption
The former governor of Brazil's Rio de Janeiro state has been sentenced to 14 years and two months in prison for corruption and money laundering.
Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Brazil's constitutional mechanism is dysfunctional and constitutional reform is imperative. The heads of the four branches should be elected in alternating years and 1/4 of all legislators should face election each year. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Taiwan: How China is stealing the island's diplomatic allies
Foreign diplomats stationed in Taiwan do not need to travel far to meet officials from the island's international aid office.
China's practice of hindering Taiwan's participation in the international arena is not conducive to the development of cross-strait relations and will only strengthen Taiwan's resistance. Taiwan’s cause needs to be vigorously promoted in the international community: Democratization of China is essential to world security and peace, and Taiwan is the entity best suited to lead China to democratization. At the same time, the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development , and One World under One Set of Laws should be implemented everywhere in support of Xi Jinping’s proposal for global unity.

Zambia opposition MPs suspended after missing president's speech
Forty-eight Zambian MPs from the opposition UPND have been suspended for 30 days for boycotting President Edgar Lungu's state of the nation address
Free speech is a universal value, and Zambia's suspension of MPs is little more than an attempt to silence opposition and create a monolithic society with only one voice. The people of Zambia should step forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to preserve media independence and prevent the government oligarchy from monopolizing the media, the internet and all other channels of speech. Venezuela Protesters Pay Last Respects to Teenager Killed This Week
Protesters in Venezuela paid their final respects to a teenager who was killed this week during a demonstration against President Nicolas Maduro.
When the power of the state deviates from its power base, the people should exercise their right as holders of sovereignty and take control. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not condone resistance is not a constitution. When the president’s actions are unconstitutional the people have the right to resist. Venezuelans should call for comprehensive constitutional reform to install a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet; limiting the president to one 5-year term with no eligibility to run again for 6 years afterwards. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for more.
