Human security is a fundamental human right, and human rights take precedent over regimes and sovereigns. Ensuring human safety is the most basic and urgent duty of constitutional guarantors. This extends to carrying out constitutional reform to keep up with changing times, so that governments worldwide will protect their citizens from fear. The UN should take action in accordance with international absolute law (the Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide) and provide a basic outline for a constitution that will foster lasting peace and development. The rights of those who live in Hong Kong are far below international standards. To maintain its reputation as ‘Pearl of the Orient’ Hong Kong should follow the principle of One World under One Set of Laws and assign international law priority over domestic law, with direct effect on the rights and duties of the people. All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts to carry out constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would inspire China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and lead North Korea to seek real democracy in turn, resulting in the birth of world peace. Democracies everywhere should back Taiwan as a beacon for democracy in Asia lighting the path to peaceful development for China. The Philippines should actively support comprehensive constitutional reform in Taiwan as a model for permanent peace and development. It should embrace changes such as no citizenship limits on candidates in popular elections. This would mean that world-class elite such as China’s Xi Jinping, Japan’s Shinzo Abe and even Donald Trump would be eligible to run for president, and China would then have no reason to annex another country. Syria should resolve controversy over its policies by adopting a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and parliament like that of Finland, with a committee-style legislature similar to Switzerland’s. The prerequisite for permanent world peace is global democratization. Syria’s government should draft a basic constitution incorporating the above changes and effect a paradigm shift to achieve a democratic model meeting the ideals of One World under One Set of Laws. The problem of low wages arises from fundamentally inadequate laws. The ruling party has neglected the root causes of this problem, and the British urgently need to redefine the nation’s laws; if not, youth and the state have no future, and the burden of guilt will fall on the Conservative Party. In order to protect endangered wild animals, the international community needs to establish unified constitutional standards that conform to the principle of One World under One Set of Laws. All nations should carry out constitutional reform to implement democratic institutions and forego rule of law. These global trends are like a mighty river, and those who go with the flow will prosper while those who oppose it will be doomed. China claims to be a ‘responsible major power’, and as such should contribute to the world and not enable North Korea's strident militarism. No matter what the system may be, the more power concentrated in the hand of the president, the more problems the nation is certain to face. Turkey needs constitutional reform to limit the president to a single 5-year term with no right to run for office for 6 years afterwards. The president of Turkey is in violation of Article 6 of the Turkish Constitution, which states that sovereignty lies wholly and unconditionally in the hands of the people.
