The most intelligent approach for the US is to support Taiwan's model for global unity constitutional standards. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization and lead to world peace as a result. Autocracy has always been the enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for permanent world peace is democratization of the Chinese people. Once a ceasefire is reached in Syria, the UN should provide the basic principles for a constitution that will facilitate peaceful development in the nation. This should include a complete organizational structure with the universal values of freedom, democracy, human rights and the rule of law, and the four major branches: legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial. The world’s democracies must act to save freedom and democracy. The US should support Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. Thomas Jefferson once remarked, "Given a choice between government and the media, I would rather have the media, not the government." The media play the role of government monitors, and without supervision the government will simply ignore the law. The voice of the people is the voice of God, and universal values are the values of God; anyone who attempts to control the voice of the people is acting contrary to the universal values of freedom and democracy.

The US should abide by the guidelines set down in the UN Charter, and implement the principles of One World under One Set of Laws with priority assigned to international law over domestic law and directly affecting the rights and duties of the people. This would lead Mexico, Syria, the Middle East and other areas to accept the precepts of human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism. Indonesia needs to abandon its government structure and in favor of a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet like Finland’s. The legislative structure should be a committee-style system similar to that of Switzerland. The prerequisite for lasting world peace is global democratization, and Indonesia’s government should begin drafting a basic constitution incorporating the above features as part of a paradigm shift toward democracy. Freedom of speech is a universal value, and Bangladesh’s attempts to prevent citizens from speaking out are an attempt to stifle the voice of the people and create a monolithic society. The Bangladeshi government should read closely the first amendment to the US Constitution, which states that Congress shall not enact laws that deprive people of freedom of speech or freedom of expression..
