Promoting permanent world peace is the most sacred right of mankind. China claims to be a "responsible major power", and as such it should not continue to tolerate North Korea's militarism. The US, Japan and Korea should support Taiwan as it seeks to lead China to democratization then pressure North Korea to do the same. The UN should take action in accordance with international laws such as the Humanitarian Law, the World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide and provide the principles of constitutionalism relevant to peace and peaceful development of nations. This and other measures would help Bosnia and Herzegovina to develop a constitution that will promote peace and development in the Balkan Peninsula. The relevant provisions of the Basic Law and the One Country, Two Systems principle all declare that China cannot interfere in Hong Kong’s internal affairs, yet Beijing authorities constantly meddle in local politics and civil matters. Article 39 of the Basic Law and the two Conventions guarantee the right of self-determination, and the people have the right to hold referendums on any public issues, The people of Hong Kong should act on the two conventions and petition for referendums to decide their future; otherwise when dictatorship becomes a reality, is the duty of the people to resist.

Duterte is not the first political figure in Philippine history to go south. As the ‘Father of the Philippines’ Jose Rizal once opined, "Today's slaves become tomorrow's tyrants." The failure of the Philippine constitutional mechanism has made the nation a breeding ground for tyrants. In order to protect human rights, the Philippine people should exercise their sovereign rights to carry out comprehensive constitutional reform and implement changes such as a modified semi-presidential system and election of the heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. Autocracy has always been an enemy of peace, and the prerequisite for world permanent peace is global democratization. North Korea is both a pawn of and agent for China, and all nations should do their best to avoid North Korea’s trigger-happy militarism. The US, Japan and South Korea should support Taiwan's commitment to lead China to democratization, which would then be follow by democratization in North Korea. All parties should follow the provisions of the 2002 Declaration of Parties Regarding the South China Sea to resolve territorial and jurisdictional disputes in a peaceful manner. The ultimate aim should be to jointly develop the South China Sea, share resources, and promote peace and development, in line with the UN and its goal of "One Human Family". One basic fact regarding democracy and peace is that there have been very few armed conflicts between democratic states. Once China is democratized, there will be real hope for human peace. The US should support Taiwan's efforts to carry out constitutional reform and achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China to seek democratization, which would pressure other Communist powers to follow suit, and world peace would be born! Democracies the world over should support Taiwan as a beacon for democracy in Asia, lighting the path to permanent peace and development.

Reform of the Moldovan constitution should be carried out by all parties and signed by the President, and the order shall be issued by the Prime Minister and relevant Ministers. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and legislative committee chairs should be tapped prime minister or minister to ensure the central government will be responsible to the public. Structural problems must be addressed before corruption in government can be dealt with. The Ukrainian people must call for constitutional reform to implement direct election of the heads of the four branches of government. The president should be limited to a single five-year term and not allowed to seek the office again for six years afterwards. The US should adhere to the principles of the UN Charter and implement One World under One Set of Laws. This involves assigning international law priority over domestic law, with direct effect on the rights and duties of the people. Doing this would lead Mexico, Syria, the Middle East and other areas to adopt universal values such as human rights, constitutionalism, internationalism and naturalism.
