Permanent Peace Partnership
To protect human dignity and freedom, all national sovereignty shall belong unconditionally to taxpayers, who will directly elect the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches as an exercise of their constitutional rights. The president shall serve a single five-year term, after which he or she and all close relatives will be ineligible to run for elected office for a minimum of six years. All elected public officials serving two year terms shall face election at the end of each term, while in bodies where elected representatives serve four years, one-fourth of their number shall be required to stand for election each year. No changes or exceptions to these limits shall be allowed.
