North Korea is without a doubt a vassal of the CCP. Given that, the world’s democratic nations should back Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP and put pressure on North Korea to adopt real democracy – leading to an outbreak of world peace. Taiwan should learn from the experience of Iraqi’s Kurds regarding independence referendums. The people have the right to hold referendums on any public issues, and any motion to outlaw referendums on self-determination should be the topic of the very next referendum to decide whether the motion itself should be banned. The Legislative Yuan should first establish the "right to create" through a "Referendum Act" and request President Tsai openly support the sovereignty of the people in comprehensive constitutional reform. A free media is needed to supervise government, which will soon become lawless without proper supervision. The voice of the people is the voice of God, and universal values are the values of God.
