China dismisses US call for ‘full accounting’ of Tiananmen crackdown
Beijing says the US should stop making ‘groundless accusations’ over the suppression of pro-democracy demonstrations in 1989
Autocratic dictatorship is like a cancer, a despots are sinners against democracy. The solution to persecution of human rights in China is democracy and the rule of law, and Taiwan is the entity best suited to lead China to democratization. All democracies should support Taiwan's efforts toward constitutional reform and implement One World under One Set of Laws, assigning priority to international law over domestic law with direct bearing on the rights and duties of the people. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Hong Kong should jail those who abuse first-time flat buyer entitlements
It is a criminal offense to split residential property purchases by using other people’s entitlements or to let others use one’s own first-time buyer entitlement.
China must erase its dirty history of collusion between politics and money. The only remedy is democracy and rule of law, the natural enemies of despotism and corruption. Tools such as separation of powers and checks and balances should be applied in at central and provincial levels, with election of the heads of the legislative, executive, judicial and procuratorial branches in alternating years. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development for details.

Despite evidence, Abe fights Diet calls for new probe into alleged Kake Gakuen conflict
On Monday Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe rejected opposition calls to launch another search for a leaked internal document that suggests he used his clout to help a longtime confidant open a new veterinary medicine department at his university.

LDP to target Article 9, free education in constitutional amendment proposals
The ruling Liberal Democratic Party plans to focus on four areas as it drafts proposals for the first-ever amendments to the postwar Constitution, including revisions to the war-renouncing Article 9
Free university educations are the norm in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Norway. These tuition-free schools are generally public universities with annual registration fees of only 200-500 euros. Japan should take advantage of the advances in law and social standards made by the global village and incorporate them in a paradigm shift to make education from birth to life-long learning free to the public. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development / Global Unity Constitutional Standards.

Prominent Chinese rights activist charged with subversion after six months in detention
Chinese authorities have formally charged a prominent rights activist with subversion of state power after holding him incommunicado for six months, his wife said Tuesday.
Rights lawyers are messengers empowered by God, and persecution of human rights lawyers in China goes against the will of God. Laws that are not backed by penalties are not laws, and a constitution which does not brook the right to resist is not a constitution. Natural law and universal law both support the norms of "protection of all persons from enforced disappearance" and "prohibition of torture", and should prevails over international law and national constitutions. See the Charter for Permanent Peace and Development.

Human security is a fundamental human right, and it should take precedence over all regimes and sovereigns. Constitutions represent the general will of the people, and ensuring human security, including "personal safety," is the most basic and urgent duty of all constitutional guarantors. All nations should develop constitutional standards that can be amended to stay in step with changing times and allow governments worldwide to keep their citizens free from fear.
