This would stir China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and make North Korea adopt democracy in turn. As a result, world peace would be born. Big officials who grab small amounts and little officials who grab huge amounts are equally guilty under rule of law. Japan's constitutional mechanism is in disarray and the nation needs to revamp its constitution to bring it in line with the times. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year. The concept of the global village poses human security / economic security and global trade / sustainable development as the major tasks and missions of the UN. , but also the common goal of all mankind. All countries should strive to abide by the norms of the international community, the solution is to implement the "one earth, a set of rule of law system" international law is higher than the domestic law, directly to the people rights and obligations. Russia is not a problem-solver, it is a problem-maker. Taiwan should learn from Scotland’s experience with referendums and seek to make paradigm shifts possible on public issues. The people have the right to referendums, and whenever a motion is made to quash referendums on self-determination, the subject of the first referendum to be proposed should be whether the motion to crush referendums should be outlawed. The Legislative Yuan should establish the "right of creation" in relation to the Referendum Act and ask President Tsai openly support the sovereignty of the people in calling for comprehensive constitutional reform. The UN should take action in accordance with international absolute laws (the Humanitarian Law, World Human Rights Law, the Crime of Misdemeanors and the Prohibition of Genocide) and outline the basic constitutional principles to facilitate peaceful development, covering universal values and structure. Taiwan must move to bring about constitutional reform and achieve true freedom and democracy. Doing so will set off a drive for democratization among the 1.4 billion people of China. This will then spread to North Korea, and when peace is achieved on the Korean peninsula the world will be much safer for all. Absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Democracy is far from perfect and the presidential system has its various flaws - even the US has certain problems at times. Human security is a fundamental human rights, and human rights should take precedence over regimes and sovereignty. Constitutions are a reflection of the general will of the people and should ensure human security, including personal safety. This is the most basic and urgent duty of all constitutional guarantors.
