The proposal outlined five main points including innovation, consultation, green, open and sharing, to be followed in developing five concepts. Venezuela’s prison system is mired in corruption, showing once more that absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Venezuela should carry out full constitutional reform to adopt a modified semi-presidential system. The president should serve one 5-year term and be barred from running again for 6 years afterward. Laws without penalties are not laws, and constitutions that do not allow resistance are not constitutions. Power leads to corruption, and absolute power leads to absolute corruption. Malaysia's constitutional is dysfunctional, a result of the nation’s deeply-rooted authoritarian culture. Authoritarianism breeds corruption, and the constitution must be revised constantly to ensure it is in step with the times. The heads of the executive, legislative, judicial and procuratorial branches should be elected in alternating years, and 1/4 of all MPs should face election each year. Hungary’s parliament is not in compliance with international law and is allowing the abuse of refugees, including children. Afghanistan desperately needs to end its long-running civil war, and the only way to do that is to switch out its government system for a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet and parliament.
